Good stuff
This stuff is so cool. Used it to flash the bottom of our window openings and around all of the pipes and wires poking through the Zip sheathing on our home. Easy for DIYers to use and sticks tenaciously. The Zip roller helps work it into corners.

Excellent product . . .
This Zip tape really does what it's supposed to and I cannot tell you how happy that makes me! I purchased it so I could install a shed window, after watching several YouTube videos. Originally, I had bought regular flashing tape from Home Depot, but I could tell it wasn't going to stay sealed for long. I grew frustrated because it should've been simple and easy, and yet was becoming a problem. So I ordered this Zip tape (sadly, no stores carry it in my small town) and it worked beautifully. It easily stretched around the corners of the window opening and then adhered to the uneven siding seamlessly. Given the resiliency and adhesion of this tape, I feel confident it will keep the area waterproofed through many winters. This product is well worth the price and I can't recommend it enough!

Great project
Thus is the best f L ashing tape I've used. Flexible, sticky and works. Takes a little learning to make work, but worth it.

This stuff is great, came across it by luck
I was always buying the Dupont Flexwrap so I went to order it again. It was just what I saw all the pros on YouTube using so that's what I wanted to use to do it right. I have Installed about 30 windows and have always used that stuff. I never liked the way it left the bulge in the corners but it worked and seemed to seal pretty well. Went to install a few more windows and ordered the Flexwrap from a seller on Amazon. Received the wrong product in the correct box. Not sure who was at fault for that but I couldn't find any more at a good price so I researched. I guess this stuff got pretty big after I first saw the other stuff in videos. Ordered this after watching a few videos and I'm glad I did. This stuff is great. There is barely a bulge in the corners and it seems even more sticky. Will definitely be using this from now on. So it was a happy accident that I got the wrong stuff before. It goes on very easily and it's very sticky. It's not super thick and hard to manage, it's the perfect balance and seems like it will hold up very well.

Expensive but works great
This tape is amazing to use on window sills during construction. Very thick, very stretchy. It is pricey and so we limited it to the sills - used regular zip tape on sides and tops. Everything is covered up now so I wonder how we will know if the adhesive holds long term???

High quality and very sticky.
I bought a roll of this stuff on advice of a friend and am very pleased. It is a strong, heavy, high quality rubber base material that conforms to just about any surface and is so sticky it makes duct tape look like saran wrap.

Waterproof and stretchy!
I am blown away by this tape. I’ve used bituthene flashings like Vycor in the construction industry for years, and they work well, with some limitations. I needed to seal a waterfall corner in a raised pond with HDPE liner and was absolutely struggling to find a good solution. Supposedly No adhesive works on HDPE and it needs to be heat welded. Well, this stuff sticks incredibly! I was going to use classic bituthene flashing for this, but it is not flexible enough to create a good seal for this outside corner. I discovered this flex tape and I’m sold for life. I cannot believe how thick and flexible it is and how well it sticks throughout the range of movement. I’m confident this seal will hold up for a while. Not so sure about UV damage though… Pretty pricy stuff, but there’s nothing else like it! Amazon was the only place that I could get it, but it arrived far quicker than advertised.

The best to waterproof when installing windows.
It’s pricy but definitely the way to go when installing doors and windows. Even the contractor guy that helped me said he would use this product over every other product he’s ever used before. Saves on corner overlapping and cutting water integrity. I returned some unused unopened product boxes and the seller was good to work with.

Expensive, but works great.

Works great. Just not for my job I wanted it for window sill plate seal when I replaced my windows but my windows were measured so exact that the thickness of this tape took up too much space. But it did what it was supposed to

Crazy expensively Couldn’t bring myself to crack the pack, so I returned it. Used Blueskin and was happy to save the money
