Great taste, and a little goes a long way.
The Smokey Chipotle is hard to find where I live and I love to make so many different dishes using this product. From barbeque ribs to pumpkin soup, so good in just about everything. I have given these jars out as gifts and everyone loves them and always want to know where I got them. A lot goes a long way, so start small and add a bit to desired taste. Really need to try in sausage pumpkin soup. Thoroughly cook your sausage (any kind you prefer), throw in some diced onion, add one large can of pure pumpkin puree and add water to desired thickness, add smokey chipotle to desired taste, and if you like a touch of sweetness add some brown sugar to taste. Tastes so great, I never have any left overs.

Flavorful & Spicy
Didn't know quite what to expect when we ordered this item. We were pleasantly Surprised! It has a very nice spicy, smoky flavor. For us it's just spicy hot enough for general use. I've enjoyed it as a hot pick-me-up. We've also used it in chili. Though we haven't tried it yet, it would make a very nice addition to diced tomatoes for topping omelets or other Hispanic foods.

Damaged
This bullion jar was packaged very nicely, but although the two side tamperproof strips were not torn, the lid is creased on the top edge and a significant amount of bullion has oozed out. Maybe this frozen. This is no longer safe to consume and was very expensive. Please replace.
