The pills are 9,000...same as max strength Lactaid brand.Also same as equate fast acting strength, and berkley & jensen or kirkland max strength/fast acting dairy relief tablets.No flavor, just that chalky taste which is normal. I'd buy these again because they work, are quality product and a good value.They are a flattened oval shape and easy to chew, crush or tuck into your first bite of dairy to get all the relief you'll need!

Works, has a higher lactase content 9000 vs the typical 3000 so less pills to take at once. Comparable with name brand (lactaid) but equally as effective and cheaper in price. It has no taste, and works effectively.

These pills are very effective and have immediate results. They are small and easy to swallow and are absolutely tasteless. I thought I was doomed to eat vegan cheese forever but these saved the day.

This is the best value for Lactaids I have seen. They work well and don’t have a weird aftertaste. The only thing I will note is that it is easy to mistake getting the 3000 FCC vs the 9000 FCC. The 3000 FCC requires you to take multiple pills to have the same effect as taking one brand name pill.

This supplement works the best of all the ones I've tried. I like that it comes in a higher quantity, but is a bit spendy. I think worth it.

Best lactose pills bc they have no additives that cause diarrhea, like so many other major brands. This is the only brand I will use

They work, and they are more affordable. Only take one as compared to Lactaid, which require three.

You really have to be careful buying these - the dosage per pill for your money. Some brands (including this one) offer "9000 units per dose" - but a dose is 2, 3, 4 or more pills. These are 9000 units per pill, a great value. A great brand, too they don't use those "ez-open" lids that don't seal well. Any supplement with "ez open lids" goes bad quickly as they don't seal well 95% of the time, allowing air and moisture in, which is especially bad for these pills. I understand some folks need ez open lids due to health issues, however it's best to store most of these in an airtight container and transfer them to a ez open one every week or so.

These are incredible! Before taking these my friend was finding their dairy intolerance was getting worse - cramps, bloating, trouble on the loo, pain - and it was really affecting their life & everything they could eat/drink. We started looking to see if there was anything she could take to help her & found lactase…she takes a tablet with every meal now & doesn’t suffer with ‘hidden’ dairy in food/drink! She’s had a cheese pizza which would normally give her awful tummy ache & 20 mins on the loo but absolutely none of this! Her loo use is now almost normal. We chose these from the reviews & high amount & she says they’ve changed her life- absolutely not an over reaction, she can just eat whatever she wants!! As she’s a vegetarian, getting enough calcium in her diet with a big dairy intolerance was hard but these have changed all that. Give them a try, at worse you’ve lost £20, at best they will change your life - she just wishes she’d found them years ago!!

These work for me. Price (for Australia) isn't too bad.Also don't get confused as there are two types the 3000 FCC and 9000 FCC and have ordered the wrong one in the past. I use the higher dosage 9000.
