3D Wipe Ceramic Coating Surface Prep - Removes Excess Oils & Lubricants from Paint & Glass Prior to Ceramic Coating Application 1 Gallon

Great item. Used it to clean the surface of my vehicle after I performed a 2 step paint correction, which is literally Step 1- using rubbing compound, and step 2- using polishing compound with a polisher. Worked well to take away all the compound residue and oil leftover. I also use it on my windshield to keep it nice and clean. No streaks! Surface preps are literally isopropyl alcohol diluted with distilled water, aka IPA. I can smell a slight vinegar in this thing like what the other reviewer stated, but it’s not that bad. The scent is fine and tolerable. If you’re already at the surface prep stage for ceramic coating, why cheap out and make your own? I also use it to clean my wheels for ceramic coating.

This is great product and works awesome before applying ceramic coatings.

Im used to Eraser from Carpro, which is excellent, but needed more product quickly and I've used 3Ds compound which is very good. So, I bought a gallon of wipe from 3D. It's cheaper and came very fast. The problem the product is not good. It smells really bad, hard to work indoors and leaves lots of residue. I thought product was supposed to remove oils residue, not to cause more residue to be buffed off. Im going back to Eraser, much better product although more expensive.

It's the worst Prep I've ever used, smeary, streaks, oil, and smells like E85 from the Ethanol that's in the ingredients.

This is the worst product I have used to prepare my panel before ceramic coating. It has strong and bad smell and it LEAVES RESIDUAL ON THE SURFACE YOU WIPE, specially glasses and windshield.I end up using IPA dilution to wipe my car again, trust me, my IPA wipes better than this 3D product.
