This took a few days to get use too, but once you figure out where to place your thumb, it works every time. We really like it. No key and no codes.

It keeps charge for long time. Bluetooth works all the time. I had problem with fingerprint few times, but so far it works after few attempts. First time linking through Bluetooth can be challenging, but for a price it is good enough. Not sure how sturdy it is inside, but cable seems strong. I attach it through loops of another cable to lock bike. The only other comment that I am bit suspicious about battery indicator as it shows full charge even after quite few months of occasional usage. Anyway, I would recommend to give a try. It is only one cheap enough that did not look fragile on picture, like the ones with very thin metal lock piece and finger print reader. One thing I suggest for manufacturer to produce much stronger lock for outside usage. I lock it inside only and doublt I can leave bike with it outside.

Had it setup and trying prying on the slider door just with hands, and the whole electrical guts came open breaking the electrical wires in the process. The little motor is then exposed and I assume connecting the two wires to the battery leads would simply open the lock.If you are buying this for security, nope.

After my old chain got clipped, I’ve been searching for a new lock to replace it and I’ve stumbled across this. This was what I had in mind and within using it these few days, it’s really great. It’s super convenient, I don’t have to carry a key with my all the time, so the concern with not being able to unlock it is no longer an issue. Everything about this is great, if the chain was just a little longer, this would’ve been the prefect product. Overall, extremely recommend to anyone else searching for a new lock!!

This was pretty easy to set up with the app, as long as you read the instructions first. It seems to have a good battery life too, as we've been using it about a month and haven't had to recharge it yet (charged it when we first got it). We're using this on our fridge to keep children from ransacking it in the middle of the night, and it's great for that purpose. I don't think I would trust it to really secure valuables though; the cable is nice and thick but the actual latching mechanism isn't that substantial, and would probably be pretty easy to shim or simply snap/pry open.The fingerprint sensor works ok, but gets grumpy when my hands are wet/damp which is often the case in the kitchen. If we kept it on the fridge all the time it would get annoying, but we mostly leave it off during the day and put it on at night.

I love the lock is a great concept but the app needs some serious work, first of all to log in app is very difficult it doesn’t stay open second is hard for lock to recognize fingerprint I have to try several times before I can get it open the only thing I see it works regularly is Bluetooth by app when you get it open or it has one other option offline, the remote scheduling for other people to open I haven’t figure it if it works. If they work on app this lock could be one of best I had seen. Too bad right now isn’t working as it should

This works like a charm to lock our fridge from those night time snack stealers. Finger print works everytime with no hassle. Highly reccomend.

We bought this and after 1 day the lights and fingerprint sensor stopped working. The app still worked. The next day we had only partial success with the app. I reached out via their Facebook page as documentation instructed and never got a response. I cannot recommend this product or the company.
