What hs tide to do with this?

I'm not sure what the question means. If you mean the laundry detergent, then it has nothing to do with it. If, now, I'm going out on the limb here, you mean Alabama Roll Tide, perhaps their drum major uses one? I just don't know. ;-) I hope you find an answer soon.

Is it okay if it gets wet i am a life gayrd and accidents happen

Yes. This Acme Thunderer is brass with a nickel plating. Those metals do not rust. The pea is a waterproof material that does not absorb water.

Does this come with a strap?

No, it does not come with a strap

Is this made in England or China conflicting reviews?

The whistles are made in England.
