Design as very light weight, rides very smoothly and sturdy also fold easily to carry to everywhere, great entertainment for big kids riding around the neighborhood!

Great scooter, but can’t reach Wayplus customer service
This is a nice heavy duty scooter. We just set it up and one of the handle bars is damaged (the spring loaded button isn’t popping up to secure it in place.) I cannot get in touch with Wayplus customer service to get a replacement bar. I’d rather not return the entire scooter via Amazon if I don’t have to.

Easy to use and assemble
Bought this for my daughter and she loves it. Smooth ride, easy assembly and durable. Good value and she finds it easy to steer and brake. Nice design and sturdy. My kids are tall and this scooter is nicely adjustable.

Kick stand is faulty
My daughter is able to zoom around fairly quickly but the kick stand is a issue. It barely works to hold up the scooter and sometimes can catch when it is put up on the child’s pants/skin. Update: The company reached out quickly to address my concern with my scooter and resolved the issue. Due to this excellent customer service I would highly recommend this company since they stand behind providing a great customer experience.

Great scooter
We bought this to give to our six-year-old grandson on his birthday. He had outgrown the smaller scooters that were two wheels in front and one wheel in the back and was ready for a two wheel school scooter. The fact that it’s adjustable is a plus and so far it’s a hit.
