Cheapy straw

My kid love's Pocoyo so I thought this would be great. Within two days, she chewed off the straw. Cup is otherwise cute and simple. One knock I have is no matter how many I order, the shipping is a PER CUP basis. I even wrote to them and that's just how they roll.

Balloon!?

Ordered this on 9/12 received today and instead of tumblers i got a birthday balloon. This is the first time thus has happened to me and its very upsetting.
