I bought this for my daughter for her birthday and we made snow cones for all the kids at the party they all loved it. the machine is very durable and works well. it shaves the ice very well it's exactly like the snow cones from the Kona ice truck my kids love to go to. this snow cone machine works great and I would definitely recommend it to anyone with kids.

A great buy. I bought this for my daughter's birthday party. Snowcones were made all night. Several dozen. And now this summer I already set it up and am making snowcones every other day. Works great. A bit slow but doesn't jam. I use just regular ice cubes. Ice is a bit coarser than larger snowcone machines. But for a family party or just for a treat its great. I prefer to use a bowl inside the box because the little side door is hard to open and once it melts its a wet mess. There is a little screw cap that goes on the top of the ice holder that just doesn't feel secure enough. It's a bit loose but it still works. That's the only issues I have. Overall it's loud but you're crushing and shaving ice so that's not gonna be a quiet experience. It's pretty easy to clean just wet as can be expected when you have shaved ice all over. Had it a full year and love it.

I so love this snow cone machine. It is super easy to operate. Also very easy to clean. My kid's and I had fun making the snow cones. The color is beautiful. I got the Aqua and I'm pleased with it. For the size it truly makes a lot. It is a little loud and still that wasn't any issue for me because I was watching the ice come down and I really didn't notice the sound that much. I so recommend this product. It also doesn't take that long or that much ice. I so love this product. I would give more than 5 Stars if it would let me. So yes this product is so worth the money and so easy to use and clean.

It’s shaved ice, but not ice from a snow cone stand. More crunchy. I got an ice maker to pair with it and it’s cute and functional. My kids aren’t so picky and have been absolutely in love. It’s been great for soft drinks for me too.

Terrible! This thing will shave ice for literally a few seconds then you have to take the shaver out and rearrange ice, then it still doesn’t work half the time. I’ve tried with a bare minimum cup of ice, medium level and full and it is the same each time. We have a single sno cone maker we got for $20 that works way better than this one! We just wanted to upgrade to make more sno cones at a time. This was a dud and I just missed the return window by 3 days but we were out of town so should have returned before we left. Anyway, beware of this sno cone maker because it was a total let down for us.

This is great, have to let the ice sit a few minutes first We haven't had any issues with this, and have had it over a year, cord could be a little longer.

This product came damaged, the front clear plastic was scratched, and when you plugged it in, it did not work at all, which was super disappointing because I purchased it for my son’s birthday party. It’s looks super cute, but I wouldn’t risk it if you need it for a special occasion!
