The best and I mean the absolute best cough drop, sore throat drop & pain relief drop. The active ingredient Hexylresorcinol is the culprit for my rave review. I don’t know how this drug was made, what made it, what it is made of - I don’t care and please do not tell me, because it works. It numbs your pain almost instantly, and it’s a real numbing effect. It even lasts for around 10-15 minutes after the drops dissolved. Plus this flavor is probably the best cough drop flavor I’ve ever had, it is practically a poorly produced candy.

These lozenges did help soothe my sore throat when taken. I was happy with the flavor. I also liked the fact that they were wrapped separately in cellophane which made it easier to take a few with you and they stayed fresher.

I don’t like having to take two lozenges that’s why the 4 star rating. The taste isn’t bad, the lozenges are individually wrapped which I love! They do seem to break up phlegm for me. The price wasn’t bad, ease of delivery when not feeling well is great too.

These cough drops are the only ones I will use. Coughing usually makes the throat hurt, but this cough drop covers the cough and sore throat. So much cheaper here than at my local pharmacy.

I wish they had ingredient list, because I have food sensitivities and was desperate. I liked the taste but what I got it for didn't seem to do much. It numbed my lips but not my very painful throat. It would been nice if my throat was numb not my lips
