Excellent product!
I initially purchased the Cudy LT500 and promptly returned it. I gambled and purchased the P5 model which costs a lot more but is also a newer product with an updated chipset. This router works perfect and with very little setup. If you do need help the Cudy support team answers emails in a timely manner and they seem very nice, knowledgeable and eager to assist. In my case I had a 5G SIM card that wasn't connecting to the AT&T 5G network initially. I took the SIM out of the router, put it back in the phone and let it connect to the 5G network. I ran some speed tests on the phone and then inserted it back into the P5 router. It connected right away. Setting up my home network is easy and if you need them, there are several good YT videos out there regarding setup by Couch Potato Cafe. If you live in an area that has decent 4G/5G signals then you will not be disappointed in this product as it delivers blazing fast speeds. I have it in my basement and still get good wifi coverage in the far reaches of the second floor. Thank you Cudy team!

Perfect Connectivity in Colombia with Claro SIM!
I am currently using this device with a Claro SIM card in Colombia, and it works flawlessly! The setup was straightforward, and it connected to the network with no issues. The connection speed is excellent, and I’ve had no interruptions or drops in service. It’s perfect for staying connected on the go, whether for work or personal use. The build quality is also solid, making it feel reliable and durable. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase—it’s been a fantastic solution for my connectivity needs in Colombia!

Almost perfect
First, let me say that this is one ugly router with the crazy external antenna, some of us don't need to attach external antenna so they could make a version of this router with internal only antenna. That being said, this is an awesome router that I use as a backup with my Google FI (essentially T-Mobile) - it works great, I'm fairly near a 5G tower and the speeds are nearly as good as my cable modem provider. The only downside to this device, besides being ugly, is that whenever you enable https management, instead of the default http, the router continues to operate properly but the web GUI becomes unresponsive and unmanageable. The only way to get back in to the router, is to do a factory reset to force the management GUI back to http. The router came with an older version of firmware that what was available for Cudy, but there was no mention of this bug fix in the newer code. I upgraded to the latest firmware anyway, but the problem still exists. I have sent a support request email to Cudy, but so far no response.

DID NOT WORK
New update. Tried a 2nd one of these Cudy routers. Again it did not work with AT&T. Again Cudy support was non existing. My LTE 18 Cuddy works great. It sets up and works with almost no effort on my part. This New 5G NR NSA AX3000 Cudy router is useless and at this point I think it can't work with AT&T as clamied. I can not recomend this router to anyone. Mostly due to Cudies very sorry support. Worst I have found yet.Update: I have tried to make this work with AT&T 2 times now. No luck. Cudy support is non existing and Cudy support doesn't doesn't reply to there on line support page. . If there is an issue you can e-mail them and hope for a reply but you will never get a reply. Over a week now with 3 support e-mails sent in with no reply. I can only say you take your chances with these guys. I would recomend looking at another make. Cudy support just sucks the big one.I have to return mine. It would not work no matter what I did. It would not connect to AT&T's network which I know works just fine. I have the Cudy LT18 router and get very good speeds with it . When I move the same sim card to the new Cudy 5G NR SA NSA AX3000 it fails to connect to AT&T no matter what I try. The IMEI numbers was veryfied two times and I still could not get the thing to come up and work. I went back to using my LT18 with that same Sim Card. It is solid and performs well. What was I thinking buying this Cudy 5G ? It is a failure for me. Back it will go. Cudy still makes a great router ,but mine was a dud this time.

Seamless T-mobile compatibility, very high quality.
I’ve been using the Cudy 5G WiFi Router with my T-Mobile SIM card, and it has been an excellent performer. Setup was a breeze — popped in my SIM, and within minutes, I had high-speed internet running without needing to mess with APN settings. The router detected T-Mobile’s network automatically and delivered strong 5G and LTE speeds. What impressed me most is the stability of the connection. Even during peak hours, I’ve consistently seen fast download and upload speeds with minimal drops. The WiFi range covers my entire home (about 2,000 sq ft), and the dual-band functionality allows me to split heavy and light devices between the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands.Another huge plus is the router’s ability to support multiple users. I regularly have several devices streaming, gaming, and working remotely at the same time, and this router handles the load without a hiccup. Build quality feels premium, and the interface is user-friendly, with plenty of customization options like port forwarding and VPN support. If you’re looking for a plug-and-play 5G solution with T-Mobile or any other GSM provider, this is a reliable and cost-effective choice. I’d recommend it to anyone needing a dependable alternative to traditional wired internet.
