the packing was disgracefull as only packed in a bag so box was damaged this is a gift and looked more like second hand not happy

Box broken on arrival, worked once, and now doesn't work, instructions look like they have been written by a 5year old, the word adult spelt wrong repetidly, as well as many other spelling issues, and lack of grammar and spaces etc, makes me concerned it's not actually an official product but more of a knock off replica, not happy at all

Bought as a gift but the box was so tatty I couldn’t gift it. Don’t know how good or bad the item is but there is plenty of lovely accessories to use with it.

Couldn’t get it to work ending up going in the waste

We paid extra for delivery and didn’t come in the time we needed it to,The box was completely destroyed daughter was so upset not happy with this at all furious as looks like second hand picked up from a recycle point or something not new at all not even worth 1 star!!

Arrived in beaten up box and failed to work. Unfortunately a Christmas present so resulted in unhappy Niece on Christmas day. Disappointed.
