I bought this item as part of a Halloween costume. I took it out bar hopping in a downtown area and let me tell you this thing is durable and a blast! The bow really does shoot the arrows far. The band does not pull very far back so in terms of realism, obviously this toy is not a perfect replica but it looks great and is a good time. It was also higher-quality than I anticipated considering the price.

My 5 year old asked for a bow and arrows for Christmas. We’d bought plastic sets for his older brother before, only to be disappointed when they bent/fell apart after minimal use. This set is wooden and very sturdy. It looks great too! Providing lots of great play time in the backyard rather than in front of a screen!

The order was not correct, but I talked to Paula directly who went out of her way to help resolve the problem. This is a great set for kids who want to play and have fun, and a great company to work with. Thank you!
