I bought microwavable heating pad but did not pay that much attention to the instructions. I ended up heating it for too long a time which caused some small holes in the fabric. It so happened that the company got in touch with me 10 days after the pad was sent to me and asked me how I was enjoying it. I confessed to the company that I mucked up and sent them a picture of my pad showing the defects (all of my own making). They gave me precise details as to how to heat the pad properly and then sent me a brand new one. Needless to say, I am totally impressed with the customer service. The pad works wonderfully well, and so now my toes are nice and toasty when I turn in for the night.

I really like the quality if this bag, it really seems someone put thought into the design, it has a plush side and a velvety side and it also has a cotton case that comes with it, I am guessing it depends on the type of fabric feel you prefer, I like all of them. The instructions say to only warm up for 2 minutes, I felt that it was not enough heat after two minutes but I tried it on my shoulder and it still really helped with soreness but the heat was dry, when its advertised as a "wet" heat bag. The next time I heated it up for 2 minutes, waited a bit, turned it over and did another 2 minutes, and it had much more heat and I felt the "dampness" that was advertised as "wet" heat, I found it pleasant but I am not sure if everyone would like it. The bag does not have any smell, I know some come with lavender but I prefer no scent. I definitely think its worth buying, great product. LOVE IT!

It says it's unscented but it has a strong scent of corn. It's off-putting but I can get used to it. Was really hoping for an unscented product because I'm scent sensitive. The heat feels good anyway and the bag is softer compared to the magic bag. I can put it on my back and lay back in my chair and still feel comfortable.

Used it to put heat on an injured shoulder. The size was perfect and the amount of heat coming off was great. Only thing I did not like was the protector that covered it. It should have been more of a pillow case style rather than just a sleeve. I just made a pillow case style and took off the sleeve cover. It does have a distinct smell when heated up but not unpleasant for me. Overall worth it. Thank you.

I loved it so much I gave my two daughters them as gifts. After a stressful day, it is so comforting to place it in the microwave for 3 to 4 minutes and then lie on your back on top of it. It destress you, and you fall asleep so quickly when those muscles are so relaxed. I will encourage you to get one to toss around your shoulders too. That indeed is the balm. Used at the same time it is relaxing and comforting !
