Works great I would have given a five but the gold look more rose gold as it’s plastic container I thought it was a metal casing . And good size

This is a great addition to my gold themed kitchen. It’s not a champagne gold but not an overly brassy color either. Pop in some AAA batteries and it’s easy to use. Two settings for dispensing soap and the capacity holds a good bit. So far, no leaking and seems durable and the functionality is simple.

I purchased this soap dispenser in August 2023, hoping it would be a long-lasting and efficient solution for my home. Initially, I was quite impressed with its performance and ease of use, leading me to have high expectations for its quality and durability. However, by February 2024, the dispenser stopped functioning properly. Despite changing the batteries and ensuring I used the same type of liquid soap that had worked seamlessly up until then, the dispenser simply refuses to work. I have followed all the manufacturer's maintenance and usage recommendations, but, unfortunately, I have not been able to get it working as before. I am disappointed because I expected this product to offer a long-term solution and remain operational for much longer. The premature failure of the dispenser has been an unpleasant surprise, and I would like to request the manufacturer or seller to provide a solution to this issue, whether through a replacement or repair, so I can continue using the product as intended. I would appreciate any assistance or guidance on how to proceed with this issue. I hope my experience can serve as a reference for future buyers to consider evaluating other options or ensuring clear warranties and good after-sales support before making their purchase.
