I feel like I must leave a review as this is the best hair product I have ever used and it is 10 Bucks and has worked 1000X better than anything else I've tried. Like most men over 50 I am losing my hair and at the same time, what I have left is thinning in all the worst areas. I learned the hard way that there is no magic pill that will bring it back, but Biotin can help thicken thinning hair and that makes a huge difference. In only one week my hair was thicker and in a few weeks my hairline looked so much better. I take three capsules with water and that's it. Unlike the "miracle" products that barely do anything, this is effective and inexpensive. There have been zero negative side effects, they are easy to swallow, and it seems to be working better the longer I take them. I used to stand in front of the mirror and under direct light I could see my entire scalp, now things are almost back to normal and I'm grateful for it.

Excellent item. I take 2 in the AM & 2 in the PM. My nails grow 3x faster than not taking the biotin. Does not affect my hair, tho. I would definitely recommend this item for anyone wanting to grow nails faster.

It is excellent quality of product. I find it better that the Nature brand. My nails are stronger. It has help to slow down the hair loss, nothing will stop because I take a prescription that causes hair loss and it is heritage related also. I will continue to order from Amazon.

I find that if I do not use Biotin my hair gets thin. Well this has not just helped with my thinning, but each hair seems stronger as well. Only thing is, now I need to color my hair more often because it grows faster, lol. But I am ok with that.

So far these seem to be very easy to swallow and no reactions like upset stomach. Have noted softer skin. Will continue with this brand.

Does what if it claims to do. My nails are not as thin and my hair looks fuller.

I have taken this for hair loss for 3 months now I personally don't see any less hair loss but suppose it may help with other areas.
