If you’re on the fence, do it!
The product does what it says it does. The instructions are very simple, whether you want to have visuals on the instruction sheet, or the instructional video they give as well. They give you everything you need including the express shipping envelope. It said I would get the results back in 2-3 business days and I got it on the 3rd.You don’t need to keep logging in to your account to find the results. They will text you and email when ready.The results are clear and you have the option to talk to their health team if you have further questions outside of the results. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to further understand their health but have a fear of going to the doctor!

No result or response from them. Trash company.
ZERO STARS if I could, so only one because I had to.I purchased the test it is easy enough to do the test. But I never heard from them the results and couldn't get in touch with them to ask. Customer service support sucks. Wasted my money. Trash company. Don't waste your time or money.

Overall simple and easy
There was a shipping error with my first test but was contacted and provided the option to redo or get a refund, communication was clear and responsive, A+ from a service side. The results are good and accurate based on other blood work I’ve completed so a nice way to get some info in between annual visits. Insights on the website are just okay,decent but give you enough

Customer Service Committee even when town is having Wildfires
I am not sure how accurate the tests are, but they seem good. Make sure you follow fasting instructions.***I just want to say, this company is in the middle of a WILDFIRE in California...I sent a test in and it has been lost in transit because of the fires. I sent a message on the website and could not be happier with the customer service. A staff person is literally driving to another post office to send me a replacement in the middle of a wildfire. AMEM!

Don't Waste Your $
This is the first review I have ever written, but I feel so strongly that this is a terrible product that I had to share. The kit takes an incredible amount of blood to fill as instructed. I had to go to the store to buy more lancets, and even then, I was not able to bleed enough to properly fill the product. I spent over 4 hours pricking all my fingers trying to get enough blood and still did not fill as instructed. For context, I am a healthy individual who has no bleeding disorder. I only ordered this kit because I am in medical school and was curious.I contacted the company about whether or not to send the product as it was not filled out properly. They said to send it. After that, they ghosted me for several months. Eventually, I reached out to them asking for a refund. They declined to give a refund. I highly recommend you save your money and not purchase this product. I would give 0 stars if available.
