This was an easy and cost-effective way to get some extremely important information. And it worked very smoothly, the blood collection was simple to perform and they were pretty fast with the results (about 2 days after it arrived back at the lab). I highly recommend it!

I think it was very accurate and it prompted me to make an appt with the Dr. to improve my health any it was very easy to do.

I’ve gone a long time without health insurance, but as I’ve been working toward becoming healthier as I get older, I wanted to get a better look at my biomarkers. In the past I’ve used independent labs for blood testing. While cheaper than seeing a doctor without insurance, it still wasn’t cheap and those labs usually draw a decent amount of blood. Unfortunately I also tend to faint during blood draws which makes the whole experience unpleasant to say the least.When I came across ChooseHealth.io tests on Amazon I decided to give them a try. They were even cheaper than the labs I’d used before and the convenience of doing everything at home was a huge plus. The instructions were easy to follow, and I was pleasantly surprised by how little blood was required. Just a quick finger prick with the included lancet was needed, and I hate needles, but this was actually very easy and painless. One finger didn’t quite give me enough drops, but two lancets were included, so I was able to use a second finger without any issue.I mailed in the test with the included envelope and a little more than a week later had results with easy to understand explanations of all the numbers. No extra or hidden charges.I’ll be trying more of their tests. At this price, I could easily see myself doing this as a simple yearly check-in before seeing a doctor.

Kit comes with everything you need and is super easy to complete the sample. Turnaround time is a couple of days once the lab receives the sample. Results were insightful and easy to read.

I strongly advise against the Choose Health At-Home Liver Test. They market this product as a "stress-free" way to manage your health, but the reality of the process is the exact opposite.First, despite mailing the sample using their provided envelope and barcode, there is absolutely no tracking available. You are left completely in the dark once your sample is out of your hands. Second, they falsely advertise having "experts" available to help; in reality, there is no live support. You are forced to deal with an AI chatbot or a generic email queue—there is no actual human connection available to discuss a highly sensitive medical issue.Third, their claim of delivering results in 3 to 5 business days is entirely false. The processing takes far longer than promised, and when you do reach out for an update via email, it takes them up to 48 hours just to reply with a blank answer. Dealing with personal health data requires transparency, reliability, and basic human empathy, all of which this company severely lacks. Instead of providing peace of mind, this test created days of unnecessary anxiety. I recommend going directly to a medical professional and skipping this product altogether. F-

The test was easy to perform and I trust the results. The only downside was that the US Postal Service lost the package to return my test to the lab for 10 days before they finally sent it off to the lab.
