How do we know we are buying a t3x and not a t3? is there a color change? how would you measure when tent up..seriously..how?

The T3X is more rectangular, longer dimension so it can fit a cot. Also, the T3X is a darker green. If you purchase this tent, verify the model number on the tag inside the tent.

I camped in my T3 during a high wind day with only staking the corners - no guy lines on the hubs or the rain fly corners. We had 45MPH gusts and it popped the one side in. Popped it back out and put a guy line on the hub and problem solved. Another 10 hrs of 45-50 mph gusts and no issues.

It has 2, "D" shaped doors, on opposite sides.
