Good stuff when working/playing in the hot weather. Replaces needed electrolytes w/o added sugar or carbs. Helps me recover quickly from muscle cramping due to fluid loss. The taste is good, mixes easily and the container comes with a serving scoop. A very good value and I use about 1 container per month during the warm weather.

Love this stuff… get the flavor without yellow food coloring. Yellow food coloring causes translucent skin.I do love this stuff. I constantly need hydration because my body is weird and I easily get off-balance with my electrolytes. Also love the branch chain amino acids - hard to find bcaa’s, balanced electrolytes, and no sugar.. This is a good one. I’ve used them all.

This tastes so gross, it's like drinking salt. If you like that taste, you'll like this, but definitely doesn't taste like watermelon to me. It simply tastes like salt water. It is undrinkable. I tried to return it, but it says not eligible for return. I get it, they know the product is gross so they want you to waste your money and be stuck with this awful thing you cannot drink. I'm big on watching ingredients and being as clean as possible with products, but this is just not it. Try something else, for sure.

Good but make sure to keep it dry and not use it with wet hands or it clots up. Good flavor; I use one scoop for 33 ounces and it works well, even for a person with colon issues

It does it's job, in hydrating and caffinating, but it's acrid and chalky as all hell. If you can stand the taste, fine. Otherside, Dripdrop is better
