Good quality, value for money, excellent table
After reading the reviews I was a little worried about putting this table together. I live alone and am not the most handy but found this fairly straight forward to assemble. It can be done with one person if you prop it against a sofa/ use cushions to hold up the parts while you screw them in. As others have mentioned when attaching the top definitely screw the screws in first to make the holes bigger before attempting to attach the top. All holes lined up perfectly and it’s very well made. Took me about 90 minutes to complete and it looks great once done. Storage space is good and for the price this unit is fantastic, very happy!

Lovely little table
This coffee table is fab - great storage, very sturdy, and the lift top feature is super useful for an extra home working space. It was a bit hard to put together on my own, but managed it. The instructions aren't the easiest but still usable.I received 2 of the same parts for the lift top mechanism and contacted customer services who arranged for the correct part to be posted. Great service!

Bliss wood coffee table
The media could not be loaded. I recently assembled the Blisswood coffee table and wanted to share my experience. It took me about six hours to complete, which I found manageable as a single person, even though the instructions suggest having two people. The table is very sturdy and weighs a ton, which is great for durability. One of the biggest challenges I faced was not having the correct tools at first. I had to use a butter knife for most of the assembly, but I bought a screwdriver the next day to tighten the screws properly. The most difficult part was assembling the top, as the hole placements were incorrectly sized. I had to drill to make everything align correctly. Despite these challenges, the table is pretty good for use, and I'm satisfied with my purchase!

Take your time...
This arrived well-packaged, with all the connectors, screws, etc. bagged separately and there was at least one spare part left over from each bag when finished. The panels have a good, deep finish and the unit when assembled is very robust. As some have already mentioned, the instructions could be clearer. Specifically, in each of the main illustrations it would be useful to know which parts should be attached first. The base is straightforward, but you should know that the short sides have to be attached before the long sides when assembling the upper section. To attach the top section to the base, I set the base with the short side on the floor, then slid the top section between the legs, then attached the screws. Before attaching the pads and arms to the top, I made the screw marks on the top and inside the upper section clearer with a pen point, then inserted a screw for a few turns to make it easier to insert them fully later. Make sure you have the arms the right way around. As long as you match the holes as per the instructions you should be OK.Again, I fitted the top to the upper section by setting the unit on its shortest side and sliding the top brackets in. I put the four screws in the lower (on the floor) edge, then screwed two into the upper side before turning the whole thing over and fitting the remaining screws. Although the instruction only shows four screws used per side, I used another couple in the remaining holes on each side.I reckon it took me around 90 minutes to put it together. Just take your time and look carefully at where everything should go, and you shouldn't have any issues.

Gorgeous table, so pleased but a faff to build!
So this took me and my 11 year old son just over 2 hours to build. The instructions are pretty hard to follow and don’t show which way around certain mechanisms go. I’m pretty good at reading instructions but we just couldn’t get this! (Other reviews say the same so I know it wasn’t us). There were some plastic items that we have no idea where they went and they aren’t mentioned at all in the instructions? However - Once built this is a gorgeous piece of furniture. It goes so well in my living room. It’s useful as you can store items inside and it’s hidden from view. The fact it lifts up is great when we need the table higher for working on a laptop or doing homework. The oak is a light oak and matches my limed oak furniture perfectly. So pleased! Would highly recommend. (Will add pics shortly).

Very happy with this
Nice and sturdy, perfect size for us to and exactly what we wanted. A raise up coffee table but at an afforable price compared to other places! Instructions were good and clear so feel assembling was easy enough.

Beautiful but Assembly was challenging
Not all holes were in the right place, causing assembly to be difficult. Table top did not fit correctly after going according to the holes provided. Quality is okay, came with some scratches. Smaller than expected. Storage space is sufficient.
