Drains your sinus cavities, all four of them. ENT doc was ready to do surgery on my daughter because she was so blocked and had chronic sinus infections. He explained that he does the surgery routinely, that it carries risk of brain damage and has to be repeated again and again. I went to my Sprouts grocery, to their supplement section and asked one of their knowledgeable clerks what use and she told me that her naturopath told her to use Quercetin for just this purpose! It is a natural flavaniod known for it’s anti-inflammatory properties. The theraputic dose (per doc’s instructions) is (2) 500 mg capsules, three times daily for ten days. 8 have my daughter do a cap a day for maintenance. I googled for reviews of this product before giving to my daughter and was Astounded at how many people rely on this! But dont expect your MD to tell you about it. Please give it a try before you go under the knife! It can start draining in as little as 24-48 hours.

Worried about a change in inactive ingredients, or source or faulty storage??? First, I have been using quercetin and specifically this brand, for 5 years now to control my Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and allergy symptoms. Historically, Jarrow's Quercetin 500mg works great and quickly, with relief within minutes. I use it when I feel symptoms come on. I have recommended quercetin and this brand for years. My extended family all uses quercetin now. Why do I know there has been a change?? Sometimes I take the capsule whole. But for more immediate relief, I usually open the capsule and dump it into my mouth and then drink a glass of water, as water also dilutes histamine and decreases my reactions. The taste is not unpleasant and like a chalk texture. But today, April 20, 2022, I opened a new bottle, dumped a capsule into my mouth and it tastes like sand. Same color, but now a bland taste with a sandy texture. I was not having an allergic reaction, so I can not say if this quercetin is working differently. But I am concerned why this has changed taste and texture. My whole family also takes quercetin. They agree it also has a new taste and texture. If you have Mast Cell, you understand why I am very concerned. Quercetin has been a life changer. I rely on quercetin at least weekly. Furthermore, inactive ingredients can cause reactions. They redesigned the label with a note stating "2021 Jarrow Formulas" and my last bottle "2019 Jarrow Formula" but otherwise not much is changed on the label besides font. I'll write an update if I notice a change in relief.

My holistic vet prescribed this for our dog. I tried another brand cause Quercetin is Quercetin right? Nope! My girl had digestive issues. Went back to and she’s perfect again. I’m loyal now.

Purchased this for allergy relief for which it is awfully effective as my husband no longer takes allergy medication but in the process we found it was helping with other things. My husband has a bad torn knee which was scheduled for surgery but he was not able to go due to business trips and he also has back pain. Since starting to take a higher dose of at least 2000 mg per day in divided doses, he has not taken his aspirin for pain relief either! After reading up on this, it is a good all-around anti-inflammatory and works as well as ibuprofen without harming your liver. Try it for either allergies or joints or both. It works for most people...

i LOVE LOVE LOVE this , it works great for those of us that want to try natural supplements for histamine intolerances, mast cell syndrome or allergy issues. These capsules bring down and prevent histamine issues and are wonderful. I use them pretty much every day while im healing my leaky gut. Excellent price for as many capsules that are in the bottle. The only con is the capsules are kind of big so you have to swallow them individually if you have a hard time swallowing large pills.Thanks guys!
