I highly recommend this company for card carry emergency info. I was well able to pack all important info about my husband's health conditions onto this card. It is made of high quality material, easy to insert in a wallet, with all important info easy to read, also. The key chain was such an added bonus, too, with info at hand for immediate use. The medical colors make it stand out and alert the eyes for quick noticing. We are so very pleased with this company and highly recommend it.

This emergency card looks exactly as pictured and contains all the information I requested.My spouse will not wear his Medic Alert bracelet, so I had this made just in case and it is perfect and professionally done.The company did such a lovely job that had I seen it before Medic Alert, I would have just gone with this.I should have added that I am his caregiver but included that his medical info in in my handbag. It won't help if he is not with me when it is needed but hindsight is always 20/20, lol.I'll figure out how to include that he has a caregiver.I am very pleased with this card. I'm 65 years old now and like to jog but I don't want my wallet bouncing around in my pocket. I started thinking "What if I fall" or "What if I have a stroke" or "What if I DIED?"So I bought one of these. One of the fun things about getting older is that you forget things, things like taking this card out of your pocket before washing your clothes. I have done this repeatedly and I always wonder "what is that weird noise in the dryer? Hmm. Well, I'm sure it will be alright" and, of course, it's this card.So the text doesn't wash off and it doesn't melt in the dryer. It's not laminated paper, it's one, hard piece of plastic just like a credit card and the text doesn't seem printed on the plastic, it's sort of embedded. (oh, thermal bonding, I looked it up!)It's a tad expensive and I'm on my 2nd having lost the 1st and will probably have a dozen before I croak but if you're in a situation that you don't want to carry an ID, this is the perfect solution. And it's durable. It's a high quality product. Recommended.

I wondered if anyone made a durable, high quality credit card-type emergency contact info card for my wallet, and I found it here on Amazon! I was hoping they (I bought one for me and one for my wife) were not flimsy and they're not. They're just as strong as any credit card I have in my wallet. We put our allergy information, blood type, and "pets at home" info on the back in addition to our two emergency contacts on the front. Great product! Everyone should carry these in their wallet or purse! Will recommend to all my family and friends for sure.

Wow, this was great! Since it was personalized with names and phone numbers it was said to require about 2 weeks to get it. I got it in 2 days. Works perfect.

The card fits inside my wallet and states everything I could fit into it clearly in a legible manner. I wasn't aware I'd receive a smaller tag that can attach to the outside of the wallet, so that's a pleasant surprise. I couldn't fit everything I wanted to put onto the card so I had to keep quite a bit of information off of it, so that was a bummer (knocking one star off over that), outside of that though the card appears to be well made and will come in handy in an emergency.
