I bought this for my mom and this is really very effective. During Her menopause phase she was facing a lot of problems so I checked and bought this product. Her knee pain was gone and other symptoms were also improved. Also, I didn't find any negative side effects so far, it's been a month now. I think it's worth it.

I have been using Earthful multivitamins for over 3 months continuously. While I am not able to comment on the long term benefits on overall health yet, I can see some difference in hair health. But there's always scope to do better from the perspective of nails, skin health etc. Side note: One thing I noticed in the last 2 orders is that there was 1 less capsule in the packaging. I don't know if I got 2 defective bottles back to back or what but please look into this and fix the issue soon. Other than that, I will continue to use it and have recommended it to others also.
