Multivitamin Mineral Complex, Non-GMO, 90 Veg Capsules

If you're looking for a clean, science-based multivitamin that actually uses the forms of nutrients your body can absorb, this Doctor's Best Multi-Vitamin Mineral Complex is a top-tier choice. It’s clear they didn’t cut corners on the ingredients. The Science (Why It’s Better) - What sets this apart from the generic stuff you find at the grocery store is the bioavailability. It uses methylated forms of B12 and Folate (Quatrefolic). Many people have a genetic variation that makes it hard to process the synthetic folic acid found in cheap vitamins, so having the "ready-to-use" version here is a massive pro for energy and recovery. The "Neon Pee" Myth - I see a lot of people in the reviews complaining that this turns their urine a bright, neon yellow. Don't let that scare you. That is a completely normal, harmless reaction to Riboflavin (Vitamin B2). It’s simply the way your body processes that specific vitamin—it doesn't mean you’re "peeing out all your money" or that the supplement is harmful. It’s a standard biological process, so ignore the "warning" reviews from people who don't understand the science behind it. Why I Like It: Iron-Free: This is huge if you have a sensitive stomach or already get plenty of iron from your diet. No constipation or "heavy" feeling after taking them.Vegan & Clean: It uses Vitashine D3 (plant-based) and is Non-GMO. It fits perfectly into a clean diet or body recomposition plan. Chelated Minerals: It includes minerals like Magnesium that are chelated for better absorption, which is great for muscle support if you’re active. The Trade-Off: The only real "con" is the serving size. To get the full dose, you have to take three capsules. It’s not a "one-and-done" pill, but considering the quality of the ingredients, it’s a fair trade-off for better health support. Final Verdict: This is a fantastic, high potency multi for anyone who takes their nutrition seriously and wants to avoid synthetic fillers. It’s gentle, effective, and uses the right forms of vitamins to actually make a difference.

My doctor mentioned if multi vitamins are He recommended a methylated form of multivitamins as it can be absorbed more easily. I found that this brand meets my needs. My allergies seem to have improved and I feel energized throughout the day. I wish there would a little higher dose of magnesium glycinate so I don’t have to take a separate tablet. I am also a diabetic on GLP1. I took 3 capsules the first time I had severe diarrhea. Now taking only 2 capsules with lunch and that seems to be sufficient for me . Very satisfied with the results of taking this product. Price is reasonable.

I have used this brand of vitamins in other formulas in my senior years with great success, so when I found this multivitamin with everything I need, I was excited to try it! When I first opened the bottle and looked at the vitamins, I thought “yikes!”, because the serving size is 3 capsules and because they just looked huge (they’re really not after I tried them!). I was also not clear on how I should take the three— all at once or one at three times a day. So I emailed the company to ask that and received a very PROMPT AND COURTEOUS RESPONSE that I will share since it may help someone else: “Regarding the dosage instructions, the recommended usage is to take 3 capsules daily after meals. You have the flexibility to take all three capsules at once or spread them out throughout the day. The key is to take them after meals for better absorption” That cleared up my confusion and since despite looking like “horse pills” to me at first, they are EXTREMELY EASY TO SWALLOW!! So, I am 100% happy with these multivitamins and I highly recommend them !!

I purchased this brand of vitamins and within 24hrs I felt an immediate difference! I’ve been struggling with low energy levels as of late (figured due to my sugar levels being a tad high) but i noticed the boost of energy it provided. For the price this is as good as it gets. If you would like to spend just under $20 I’d recommend Life Extensions, also a great bang for your buck! If you are a big spender I’d go with Alpha Base. For anyone who cares about ingredient quality that is. A mild aftertaste and platinum gold pee is an ok trade off for the results it provided for me. Hope this helps!

I brought a bottle of this multivitamin in to my doctor and he told me all the ingredients are the best forms that are best absorbed and was impressed that it included Vitamin K. I also take supplemental Magnesium from this brand, after he advised me to take a Magnesium supplement for blood pressure support. I have seen blood work and test results to show that both these are making a positive difference for me. The only downside I have to this multivitamin is that it has a strong vitamin odor. I only take one pill, not the 3 or so it recommends, and it is plenty for me. But I do advise taking it with food and not just water - goes down easier.

The vitamins are easy to swallow capsules

good brand

Not too crazy about these vitamins.. You have to take multiple capsules for a full dose, which can make it difficult to swallow since capsules are a little bigger.. there is no taste but it got stuck in my throat a couples times leaving a bad aftertaste and smell.
