Cash Acme17198-0000 Vacuum Breaker, One Size, No Color

This backflow preventer has lead in it. There was a large glued on sticker on the back of the cardboard (i ordered two and it was on both) that specified that this item contained lead. Might not be a worry for others since it should prevent backflow of water into the main water system in the house. We thought this was not acceptable and returned them. There are others that are lead free, cost just a bit more.

finally found a vacuum connection that does not spray water when u stop the water flow. Have reordered for my other faucets.

My old vacuum break was leaking . This Is a quality brass unit, not plastic, which installed easily and my leak was fixed!

Quality brass vacuum breaker. Well worth the price.
