An ok product, but again you get what you pay for. Depending on which way you have the roller the tape keeps falling off the spool. Works well but something to ensure the tape doesn't come off the end would be good.

Baught this as I've been doing a lot of packing ahead of moving. I bought this to hopefully make my life easier rather than tape and scissors. And this has done that job.It's easy to load with tape and only took a couple goes to get the right technique to tape and tear. Simple devise that feels solid to use with the mix of plastic and metal material. And for the price is great value.

Worked great for moving boxes. Save a lot of time by not having to constantly find the end of the tape.

Takes a bit to get used to how to do it but once you figure it out and it works properly it's great it is a way that its shown it goes over the wheel

First impressions were made by a razor sharp spring that is conveniently located right next to the thumb grip. I spent a few minutes mopping up the blood and applying bandages before I could actually try to use this thing.Construction is so bad that everything bends all over the place and it never dispenses tape in a straight line, using the cutter is a bit of a game of chance: about 10% of the time it actually cuts the tape, 90% it kind of just shreds it and leaves sticky bits of tape all over the parcel, itself and anything else that is nearby.Tried with everything from 3M through to cheaper thinner tape, it just never works reliably. This is a tool that is supposed to make the job simpler and easier, it does exactly the opposite.This is a complete waste of time and money. Not sure if Amazon would accept blood splattered returns so I consigned mine to its rightful place in the nearest bin.
