Brilliant product, great at removing makeup including eye makeup does not sting at all gentle and effective. Have been using it for over a year now and would not use anyrhing other for makeup removal

I prefer a cleansing balm over an oil or anything, and this did not disappoint. I've seen it recommended by various people in Facebook groups etc, so decided to give it a try. It's really nice to use, has a very light, almost imperceptible scent and easily removes all makeup before I do my second cleanse. I'm currently on chemo, and this hasn't irritated my skin in any way. The balm turns to a nice light oil as you rub it in, then easily emulsifies to a light milky texture that rinses away easily with lukewarm water. The only thing I would like to see added would be a small scoop / spatula so that I don't have to stick my fingers in the product, however, it would probably be more eco friendly for me to buy a reusable one for this, in fairness. I might have to give some of the other Bodyshop face products a try now!

my mum uses this and when I first used it I absolutely fell in love with this product and had to get it for myself. it is absolutely amazing, smooth, soft, smells lovely, texture feels lovely. the cleansing butter takes off all of your makeup. you only need to small size like a pea and rub it in and use a wipe and BOOM the makeup is off. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this product. Amazing effectiveness, good thickness, good size! I WOULD RECOMMEND it’s so good for sensitive skin too!!!!!!!!!!!

I originally brought this from the Body Shop for my daughter who loved it. When the company shut down I was happy to find it on Amazon and have brought it time and time again. A fantastic make up remover, no need to buy a separate eye make up remover etc.

I was advised to use this by a makeup artist, who had a lot of knowledge about skin care. My skin had been sensitive and irritated for almost a year due to using a steroid cream which I shouldn't have applied to my face. It was red and sore and constantly flaking. This cleanser melts makeup away like butter and is not harsh on my skin. I noticed a huge difference pretty much straight away and can tell if I have to use a different cleanser due to running out or forgetting to take it away with me etc. My teenage children also use it and so I would say it is suitable for a range of different skin types. Would definitely recommend.

It’s. Nice product I used many times before. I always come back to this cause it works really well, it melts makeup off perfectly even spf which can be harder to remove fully and it leave skin feeling very soft. You must wash it off some face wash afterwards. Tin saids it’s eye safe but I find it stings the eyes so I just use it on face and neck. You only need a tiny bit so one tin can last a long time. It comes in a nice tin too which can be re used once done or recycled but I like to reuse mine to store jewellery in to keep it safe. Nice option if you are trying to reduce plastic waste too.

I bought this product to remove makeup, particularly mascara. I am happy with this product it works well and smells lovely.

A regular user of this product, I've just reordered on Amazon. A couple of quid more expensive, but delivered to the door next day and saves a trip into town. This is - hands down - the best cleanser/makeup remover ever. It removes all traces of foundation and waterproof mascara but at the same time is gentle on the skin and eyes. I've used pricey alternatives like clinique cleansing balm but, whilst okay on the skin, weren't up to shifting waterproof mascara. This is really worth trying. Lasts ages too. About 3 months use per tin. Think body shop do a small tin for a fiver now if you want to try before committing..... Gave five stars for scent but only because it doesn't smell of anything - so inoffensive. Used to have a bit of bother with the tin lid getting stuck when I hadn't screwed it on properly but that hasn't happened with the last few purchases (think it may have been a packaging flaw that's been rectified?) Lovely stuff. Highly recommend!

Je viens d'essayer ce produit pour la première fois et je suis agréablement surprise. Je portais un maquillage complet et massais une bonne quantité de produit sur mon visage. Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'odeur et c'est agréable et gras. Ensuite, j'ajouterais de l'eau tiède et la consistance passerait d'huileuse à une lotion. La dernière étape consiste à tout enlever avec un chiffon humide et voila. Mon visage était super propre, tout s'est déroulé sans aucun effort. Il ne brûle pas les yeux et ne coule pas sur tout le visage. Comme j'ai la peau très sèche, j'ai dû hydrater après. J'adore ce produit et je l'achèterai à nouveau. Je vous recommande 100%!

This is like magic in a tin. It removes all make up easily and doesn't sting my eyes or hurt my skin. It even removed gloss paint off my hands! No need for harsh chemicals or scrubbing. Don't need alot of product so the tin lasts a very long time and it leaves my skin feel soft and fresh

Ho acquistato il prodotto con diffidenza, incuriosita da questa nuova tipologia di prodotto e credo non potrò più farne a meno. Potere struccante incredibile, ne basta una piccola quantità applicata e massaggiata sul viso asciutto, poi risciacquata con acqua. Io utilizzo un kajal molto resistente e non ero mai riuscita ad eliminarlo con tanta facilità e con questa resa. È sufficiente il massaggio con le mani, non è necessario usare altro. Ha una leggera e delicata profumazione. Lascia il viso completamente pulito e morbidissimo. Lo consiglio assolutamente!!!!!

Das Produkt ist absolut genial! Ich kaufe die Abschminkbutter jetzt seit über zwei Jahren und habe es schon einigen weiterempfohlen, die damit auch glücklich sind. Meine Haut ist sehr empfindlich und verträgt z.B. Abschminktücher nicht besonders gut. Die Reinigungsbutter ist total sanft zur Haut, reinigt ziemlich gut und hinterlässt ein angenehmes Gefühl. Sie ist schon etwas teuer, hält dafür aber auch ne Weile. Wenn man viel Make-Up um die Augen rum entfernen muss, dann sieht man danach für einen Moment nicht alles ganz scharf/klar, aber das geht schnell wieder weg und brennt nicht wie Abschminktücher oder so. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!
