Great taste and quality
Have purchased this sweetener a couple of times now. Excellent quality and taste, used in baking, smoothies, protein shakes and coffee. No complaints, would recommend.

Great sugar substitute with a clean taste. Works well in baking and drinks. One of the best alternatives I’ve tried!

One of the Healthiest Sugar Alternatives — But Not Perfect for Cooking 🍰✨
This is already my third time purchasing this erythritol, and after doing a lot of research on sugar substitutes, I found that erythritol is truly one of the healthiest ways to enjoy sweetness without the downsides of sugar. First of all, I love that it looks exactly like regular sugar — those tiny, crystal-like grains make it feel natural and familiar. And let’s be honest, visual appeal matters! It’s comforting to see something that looks like sugar, even when it isn’t. In terms of taste, it gives a pleasant sweet flavor in the mouth. When used in large amounts, I do notice a slight aftertaste, especially in desserts, but nothing too overwhelming. Overall, it’s a great option for cutting down sugar without feeling deprived. Now, here’s the reason why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5: ⚠️ Not Great for Cooking or Baking When exposed to heat for a longer time, erythritol loses a noticeable amount of its sweetness. That means it’s not ideal for baking or cooking where the mixture stays hot for a while — the final result just won’t taste as sweet. It’s fine for light warming or quick recipes, but I wouldn’t rely on it for heat-heavy dishes. ☕️ How I Use It I mostly use it in coffee, or in simple desserts, and it works perfectly. My personal trick is to replace only half of the sugar in a recipe with erythritol. That way, I still get that rich sweetness that real sugar brings to desserts, but I also know I’ve cut the sugar content by 50%. It’s reassuring to enjoy something sweet without sending my blood sugar on a rollercoaster ride. So overall — it’s a great, healthy substitute, especially for drinks and no-bake recipes. I’ll definitely keep buying it, just not for cooking or baking that involves long heating.

Better than Xylitol and completely calorie free- not good for baking
I’ve been using NKDLiving’s erythritol alongside their xylitol for a while now, and while both have their place, this one has become my go-to for oral health. Erythritol is completely calorie-free, which is a big plus if you’re watching sugar intake but don’t want artificial sweeteners. It looks just like sugar and tastes very similar, with no weird aftertaste, but like xylitol, it doesn’t have that sticky quality you need for proper baking. It doesn’t hold things together or caramelise the way sugar does, so I wouldn’t rely on it for recipes where texture matters. Where it really shines is in dental health. I started using it in a homemade mouth rinse just a bit dissolved in water, swished after brushing and the results have been great. It leaves my mouth feeling noticeably cleaner, and I’ve had less plaque build-up since I started. I now mix erythritol with xylitol to get the combined benefits, but personally, I find erythritol even more effective for my teeth on its own. I put half an teaspoon each into a pint of water and just use that to rinse my mouth after meals! The 1kg bag is good value and lasts ages, especially if you’re using small amounts daily for oral care. Like xylitol, it’s also safe for blood sugar levels and doesn’t spike insulin. Just remember it can have a mild cooling effect when eaten, which is normal. Overall, an excellent option if you’re focused on dental health, and combining it with xylitol gives you the best of both worlds. I don’t feel any side effects either like stomach ache or nausea.

Good tasting substitute
1st I'd point out : Be aware this product is controversial atm: reports saying further tests needed relating to health concerns regarding using this product ... It's own packaging warns of 'excessive consumption may produce laxative effect' (Amazon Reviewers of sugaR substitutE Gummy Bears can describe such effects ... (worth a read = hysterically laughter) ). Imo Erythritol does well in hot drinks/cakes/breadmaking. It doesn't work for all cooking methods(ie does not melt/brown with water, as ordinary sugar granules, to result in caramel... (Infact, attempting this produced lot of smoke n set off home fire alarm)). Instructions advise ratio of Erythritol is 1.3:1 times of granulated sugar - but this amount was too sweet for our taste. 1 used 1:1 ratio and cakes/bread tasted fine, minus any 'aftertaste' that other reviewers have mentioned. I've purchased this item twice & i'd buy this item again as we use it very sparingly (we never did use much sugar). It is described as 100% natural, which is what attracted me to buy it but, of course, 100% natural is no guarantee that it's good for us (I admit this is a marketing ploy that still grabs my attention tho). Pros: 0 calories, 0 GI, 0 Carbs(no effect on blood sugar levels) ... Reading independent reviews online for this 'substance'(not specifically this product) there are claims Erythritol actually aids oral hygiene & actively helps against tooth decay - interesting. I was happy using this particular product for the limited amount of times we needed to use sugar, both with regard to taste and ease of conversion(my 1:1ratio) to substitute it for granulated sugar in receipes. nb the icing sugar version of this is v v v light/powdery, much more so than ordinary icing sugar & I had to use a very finE muslim to b able to apply a 'dusting' atop cakes, +side of this is that the one bag of sub icing sugar will probably last a long time.

Great processed sugar replacement
This is a sugar replacement that looks and tastes like processed sugar. I believe your body ignores it largely unless you consume excessive amounts and so it doesn't cause the health issues that processed sugar does. Well packaged and on a subscription every 4 weeks it means I can cut down on processed sugar whilst satisfying my sugar craving.

I love it. It’s so perfect. I dislike sugar because of its sweetness, so the fact this tastes less sweet is perfect. It’s just a little annoying with baking — the measure is off sugar wise. You have to experiment a bit with how much to use. I do find it too expensive per package.
