This product magnesium glycinate is far better than magnesium citrate for calming anxiety and stress as I have been taking it for only one week and feel so much better already was taking citrate for 6 months with little to no relief but now with glycinate things are a lot better and easier to deal with give it a go if stress and anxiety is a problem for you I take it with vitamin c to help absorption

This is my favourite magnesium supplement. Magnesium glycinate gives your body an easily absorbed version of magnesium, which in my case has had beneficial effects for cardiac function and sleep. I only take one a day - this suits me fine, and this is by far the best magnesium supplement I have used. I am on my third bottle now, and only wish it was easier to obtain. The pills are a little on the large side but I find them easy to swallow - some may wish to cut them in two.

I have MS and this type of magnesium is recommended as helpful for certain symptoms such as spasms, without a laxative effect which other types can give. It is also needed for the body to use calcium properly. I like that it is supposed to be calming, so I bite the tablet in two and having taken one bit with breakfast, I take the other part with tea, to promote a good night's sleep. So far (1 week) so good! Delivery and packaging were fine, by the way.

Anxiety and sleep improved as much if not more than with antidepressants.

Made me feel awful. Within hours of taking one tablet I developed painful wind and diarrhoea. To scared to try again so complete waste of money (and they weren’t cheap) 😢

Easy to swallow, sleep and body pains improved, mood uplift... much better than simple magnesium due to high absorption.
