But of course they do they have a large amount of vitamins and minerals and that is good . You get a lot for your money so it offers good value. High strength I have only been using a week so got to give it more of a chance to show it’s effectiveness ,but pinch your nose and swallow . Review: Silly price for such a good supplement. - Yeah these are just fine. I take them to supplement my gym program and high protein diet. They have pretty much everything in you could want. They aren't a replacement for the vitamins you'll get naturally from your meals, bit they will fill in the gaps where a particular way of eating may leave you deficient in a few areas. I will say they do smell a bit funky, I suppose the smell is a little yeasty or malty. However don't let that put you off, they're pills not sweets. I usually sort out two weeks of my medication, however with these I just have to leave them in the bottle as the smell takes over.
