I follow a low carb/keto diet and this is a good alternative for icing sugar, you can also use it as an alternative for sugar in baking. On its own, it does have a cooling aftertaste which some people don't like but once combined with other products you don't notice it. No clumping in the bag, very light and fluffy. Would recommend over other competitors.
