Comfortable whilst running. No bottle inc, ordered an MAIGG 500ml bottle; fitted perfectly, didn't fall out and as holder is angled slightly to the side retrieving/putting back the water bottle whilst running was easy! Plenty of room in zip pocket for mobile, gel sachets etc. I have a small waist and my husband's is bigger, velcro strap adjusted to fit us both. Great product, worth getting!

Brilliant. Holds many size small water bottles so don't need to have a refillable one. Easy to take bottle out and return to 'holster' while running. Takes mid size phone. Velcro holds well.

It's brilliant, really perfect in every way, and I use it almost every day. As a keen cyclist and walker with a wee bit of shuffly jogging thrown in, I now can't imagine life without it.
