What is the expiry date ?

I don't know as I transfer my Wassen selenium into a bottle when I receive them but I'm pretty sure that most vitamin supplements have a long life date, unless of course the suppliers are "dodgy". I've been taking Wassen selenium (1 a day) over the last 35/40 years and have not encountered any problems - I am now in my 80s.

How much vitamin D does this contain

It has vitamin d3 and the answer is 7.5g %NRV 150% hope this helps

The description simply says it contains vitamin d. does that mean it is not vitamin d3 which is supposedly the best vitamin d to take?
