Amazing hair product that gives a brilliant clean, strong hold that lasts all day. It smells brilliant (like a sweet caramel to me)and I've had a few compliments about it. It holds up perfect even in strong wind but does start to loose a little shape after hard labour, although it's still better than anything also I've tried. My only issue, and this is just personal preference, is that it holds your hair with a similar rigidity to hair gel. As such if you keep playing with it it will eventually loose it's shape - no good if you're having a stressful day haha! I also find that it's only really good at creating the classic slick back/pompadour style and looks very sharp. Can't really get a more casual, messy style but maybe someone could advise me in the comments? Nevertheless I'm thoroughly impressed with this product and will certainly buy it again as well as trying out the other products that Uppercut offer.

I am far more familiar with oil based pomades, as i prefer how they work and look. I've only ever used a couple of water-based pomades, so i can't compare this product to much, but i'll leave a bit of feedback non-the-less. I bought this product due to it's high rating. I heard it was the best water-based pomade easily available in the UK. I certainly agree that it's a nice product, and i can see where the hype comes from. It's super thick, goes in to the hair easily and allows you to do almost anything with your hair. Being a water-based pomade, it has its limits. It dries out and causes your hair to become stiff and unnatural, like hair gel. So some styles are easier to achieve than others. Also, true pomades would allow you to re-comb your hair during the day. Since this product dries out, like most water-based products, there is no way of re-combing. You could try wetting your hair a bit, but it'll never be the same as using true grease. The scent in the tin is almost non-existent, but once the product is in your hair, the strong vanilla scent hits hard, and lasts most of the day. The tin design is great. however, i personally would have preferred the product in a classic plastic tub, similar to Suavecito etc. as they always seem more air tight and secure. But this is just personal preference. Overall, this is a nice product. If you are a fan of thick, heavy hold water-base pomades, then this is a must buy. However, if you're looking for something slicker and re-combable, then i suggest using oil-based products.

This product is brilliant — it's very light and feels great on your hair (doesn't feel like I've used a hair product at all), holds shape extremely well (nothing can mess with your hair, even strong wind) and it's very easy to wash out with just plain water. Smells a bit like almonds and vanilla to me, which is a bit too much on the sweet side, but I got used to it after a week or two. My hair is almost black, and it gives it a bit more depth and moderate amount of shine. The amount is 100ml, and will probably last you ast least 2 months, even if you use it every day. The box is a metal tin round box, and you can easily travel with it and go through airport security. The only downside? Since it washes easily with plain water, you better carry an umbrella with you at all times.

This stuff is really good! The only downside as it’s water based if your moustache comes into contact with moisture, then it will lose it’s shape pretty quickly and you have to reapply it, unlike some of the wax based products I’ve used which are pretty much water resistant. Apart from that, it’s easy to apply, as I’ve mentioned before the hold is great, as good as or slightly better than any wax I’ve used. As it’s water soluble it’s easy to wash off in the shower. It smells really nice too. Top stuff!

Fantastic product and worth every penny - it's not cheap but you only need very little product. I've spent ages looking for a hair product that has enough hold and enough shine without being oily or super gluey and this is the one for me. It's water based as well which is a huge plus from a maintenance side of things. Consequently it does not give the high gloss finish that a greaser might be looking for, but I don't believe that's what the manufacturers were trying to achieve. Bottom line if you've tried other products and are still searching this may be the one for you. Definitely worth a try - I won't be buying anything else. For reference, I've tried black and white, several layrite ones amongst others; most of these were too high shine, or lacking in hold.

Amazing product not just for the price, the performance of the product is definitely more towards the high tier products such as hanz de fuko and others. Although a pomade I use it for sweeping my hair to both sides from the middle while hanging a bit to the front, although a pomade it does does not flatten my hair but when used in damp hair helps keep the natural volume and maintain it, definitely can be used for typical pomade hair styles when using on damp hair or touching up with water it behave more akin to a cream before setting nice and strong. Great Natural shine and great strength 100% rework able with water and easy to wash with warm water

Great product that I use for slicking my hair back. It says it’s a 7 hold, but I’ve found that it is quite stronger than that! I have thick hair, apply when it’s damp to dry, and my hair stays in place all day. Smells nice, holds well, and washes out easy. Great product and will purchase again.

I’ve used all types of pomades throughout my life and this is hands down the best one yet. I’ve been using suavecito since high school but I’ve been noticing weaker hold and performance during application controlled cool environments; slightest sun is no good either. Not only that but it’s been drying out my hair a ton which it was not beforehand. I’ve noticed a drastic difference after switching to uppercut deluxe. The hold is really strong and it does not come apart even with this 100 degree. I’ve yet to test the hold during an intense workout so I’m curious to do so. Smells like coconut too so that’s a plus. The application is pretty easy too. Shine is not too shiny just right. My hair has also been feeling much more conditioned after washing the product out. I’m glad I gave it a try.

O produto que me enviaram foi para apenas 3 meses de uso, ou seja, próximo ao vencimento. Não é um produto barato e feito para se usar tão rápido assim.

Llevo usando la cera Uppercut Deluxe unos seis meses y se ha convertido en mi producto de confianza para el día a día. Buscaba ese acabado clásico de barbería, con brillo pero sin dejar el pelo acartonado, y en ese sentido cumple perfectamente con lo que promete. Esto es lo que más destaco tras este tiempo de uso: 🔹 Acabado y Estilo: Deja un brillo retro muy bonito, ideal para peinados tipo pompadour o rayas laterales marcadas. Aunque el fabricante indica fijación fuerte, en mi experiencia personal diría que es una fijación media/alta: mantiene el pelo en su sitio pero sin esa sensación de "piedra" que dejan otros productos. 🔹 Cero Residuos: Es una pomada de base acuosa, lo que es una ventaja enorme. No deja ningún tipo de residuo blanco ni sensación pegajosa durante el día. Además, se elimina súper fácil con un simple lavado. 🔹 Aroma Adictivo: Sin duda, uno de sus puntos fuertes. Tiene un olor a galleta / dulce muy agradable que se nota al aplicarla pero que no resulta empalagoso con el paso de las horas. Es, posiblemente, el producto para el pelo que mejor huele de los que he probado. 🔹 Si te mueves en moto, ten en cuenta que no resiste el casco. Al ser una fijación que no "suelda" el pelo por completo, en cuanto te pones el casco el peinado se deshace y es difícil de recuperar sin volver a aplicar agua o producto. Si tu rutina incluye trayectos en moto, quizás necesites algo más rígido. Resumen y recomendación: Es ideal para quien busca un look impecable y brillante para la oficina o eventos sociales. Si valoras que el producto sea fácil de lavar y que huela de maravilla, es una compra segura. Abstenerse si tu prioridad es la resistencia extrema bajo un casco.
