heavy duty woven coarse fabric... the fabric is natural so you can wash them if you want

Should the red gel grip be on the hand or the bar for the best results?

I was a little unsure myself but I’m rolling with gel grip on the hand... grip seems fine

How are the straps for Cleans & Snatches?

I’m only using them for deadlifts and sometimes pull downs. They are really good straps though. If you use straps for your cleans and snatches them I’m sure these will be fine.
