Not having any experience in gold foiling (is that a word?) I initially thought this adhesive was too thin and watery. However, in use it was great. The fact that it is so thin allows the adhesive to get in the tiniest of areas with great detail and no clumping as you would get with a viscous rubber cement. It needs to be left for 15 minutes to dry before adding the gold leaf. I bought this to gold leaf the back of some Polaroids for a project I'm doing. All around a great product that performs flawlessly!

Used this product with gold leaf to decorate some plant pots. It went on very easy and stayed sticky for a few minutes while I wrestled with the gold leaf. I was quite rough rubbing off the excess gold leaf and the adhesive didn't budge. Will definitely buy again.

J'ai acheté ce produit pour coller des feuilles d'argent sur le cadre d'un miroir. J'ignore si on peut coller des feuilles d'aluminium avec ce produit. Donc, attention. Beaucoup de feuilles dorées pour "contact alimentaire" sont en aluminium peint. L'aluminium est très difficile à coller.
