Purchased 3 to have as a chain, excellent brightness and functionality, only drawback was the poor connection between each string, the USB connections are not fully waterproof so had to heatshrink them.They worked OK after that.I would suggest that when using in z chain outside that the connections are either as I did, heatshrink or cover with electrical protective tape to prevent moisture ingress.

Lights arrived on time and packaged well. Each tube has flickering effect as individual lights go on/off in sequence. Hadn't realised a USB plug would not be supplied. USB sockets at each end of lights enable them to be connected together, from only one usb plug source, plug source to be supplied by self. Overall a good buy.

Joined 3 sets together with no sign of dimming however they don't look very long as in the lights in side don't look very long

Very good could of been longer there's no remote control or timer function but they will do.

I bought 2 sets and chained them together using the USB male and female plugs. They were attached to my garage gutter using gutter hooks (not supplied as expected) . To power them I had to supply a mobile phone type power supply (standard USB 5v).They were bright, colourful, and worked with out fault through out Christmas despite heavy rain.

These are so lovely and couldn't believe for the price. People was stopping to take photos of them
