Geco Organic True Cinnamon - from Ceylon (120 x 500mg Veg Capsules)

Started taking this for my overall health however I only take them a few times a week as I find them quite strong

As expected, capsules containing pure cinnamon. Not much else can I say. Seem OK, whether cinnamon will help keep my blood sugar down, time will tell. Worth a try.

I struggle to swallow pills but these go really well in a hot chocolate drink! And I feel really good - cinnamon is packed full of antioxidants.

Being Pre-diabetic, I found it effective in controlling blood sugar levels, (especially when taken together with Higher Nature's True Food Chromium). Will continue to use it. Please Note: Not to be used instead of diabetic medication, without your doctor's advice.
