I bought this adator for use with wired Ethernet at home, and it does the job. It works out-of-the-box with my Windows 10 laptop and with my Chromebook.However - and this is very disappointing - it does not work with the Nintendo Switch. I have two Switches, an original one from 2017 and an updated one bought in 2020. Neither works with this adaptor, despite what other reviewers have said. Maybe it worked in the past, but it doesn't now.I've since ordered the UGREEN USB adaptors, and their USB 2 and USB 3 adaptors work with Switches out of the box.

Necesitaba conectar por cable un portátil sin conector RJ45 (solamente wi-fi) debido a la escasa cobertura wi-fi. Este accesorio ha sido la solución ideal.Por un precio realmente ajustado, puedo disponer de ethernet 1000 a través de un puerto USB3, del que ni siquiera agota su ancho de banda.Y este modelo en concreto funciona perfectamente y presenta una construcción muy sólida y fiable.Totalmente recomendado.

J'ai acheté cet adaptateur USB 3.0 vers ethernet afin d'améliorer les performances d'un PC destiné exclusivement à l'audio avec Daphile, qui est une distribution Linux minimaliste et gratuite, exclusivement réservée aux mélomanes et audiophiles. Pour la petite histoire, oui, ce petit adaptateur a permis d'améliorer sensiblement la qualité de réception de Qobuz et la musicalité est meilleure avec lui.Je l'ai aussi testé sur un autre mini PC Linux (Manjaro KDE Plasma) et il est reconnu immédiatement, sans nécessiter d'installer un pilote spécifique. Simple et efficace !Pour Windows, comme je l'utilise pas, je ne peux rien affirmer mais il est livré avec un mini CD rom comportant un pilote.Il est très bien construit, tout en métal et ne chauffa absolument pas.Améliorer le débit internet sur un PC un peu ancien est facile, peu onéreux et très efficace.Enfin, son tarif est très raisonnable et bien placé vis à vis des autres produits de marques concurrentes.Je le conseille sans réserve :)
