I have short arms but i dont know if the arma are short enough** A: I've short arms too, but I usually swim with the "adult ones" and I fell very confortable. I suppose that the junior ones fits kids under or about ten years... **Q: Can these be used in an endless pool?** A: Yes, in fact that place that I was first recommended to try it was at SwimLabs of Issaquah, WA, which uses endless pools with three cameras to film your swim. They showed me the difference between my stroke before using the fulcrums and my stroke with them on. On the other hand they do help you to develop good technique and it is well worth persevering with them.
