Actually bought this for pain relief from M.E and Fibromyalgia. However I've had these conditions for that long that my muscles had started to collapse and my skin was ageing like I was a pensioner (I'm just 50 lol). I've just finished 1 pouch, the results are astonishing, seriously. My pain yes is generally less, so much so that I can do more so its a win win for me, however, my muscles are definately more defined and seem to "fill my skin" again and also my skin is so soft it's amazing, I honestly cannot believe the difference, my body feels firmer, my hair thicker, my general wellbeing better. I've just received my 2nd pouch but I will be using this for the rest of my life seriously. Don't believe me? Try it yourself, take a tablespoon every single day. Personally I'd say it's tasteless and can be mixed into anything, but everyone is different.

I have been using Primal State collagen powder on and off for a few years now. Originally I bought this for my hair, skin, nails and to support my joints whilst exercising. It wasn't until I herniated a disc in my lower back that I realised how good this stuff is. After 6 months of suffering with chronic pain, I reordered a pouch and within a month of using this twice daily I was pretty much pain free. Definitely recommend! Has a slight taste but is easily masked and it's easy to mix in with tea or coffee.

Been having these for a few months and although reviews said there was no smell or after-taste, my own experience is that there is a faint odour which I don’t like. I tried having this powder every way possible on my cereal in the food etc but I can still taste and smell a faint odour which is not to my taste. The only way I can have it is with hot water and lemon as a drink. In terms of health benefits, I believe the pains n stiffness in my knees has eased slightly it not sure if thi is down to taking this supplement and any moe I take.

This is completely taste free and blends into drinks well. My hair is thicker and my skin and nails are in better condition since adding 1 tbs collagen to morning coffee every day

Great item. Tastes best in a cup of instant coffee. I’m 53 and people have commented on how well I look. Have noticed an amazing difference in how I feel. My hair and eyelashes are much thicker, skin plumper and wrinkles reduced and I only been using it for a month!

Using it primarily as an aid to recovery after sporting activity (repair of connective tissue and joints). Seems to be helping. If it also improves skin and hair so much the better. Taste (not that it matters if it works) is neutral and certainly not unpleasant. Delivery was quick (although would have preferred it to be available via Amazon Prime). Will re-order and use for a couple more months and re-assess then.

I have been using Primal Collagen for two weeks so a little early to expect huge benefits but I am noticing my skin is plumper and smoother already.I am hoping the collagen will help with joint and muscle pain but I expect this will take a little longer.The powder is tasteless and mixes very well in both hot and cold drinks. I am very pleased with this product.
