Henry Hetty HET160 Bagged Cylinder Vacuum, 620 W, 6 Litres, Pink

First hoover arrived with broken pin plug. I contacted customer service and they arranged for replacement to be sent out. Customer service was helpful and even sent some free hoover bags with the replacement. The hoover is great, it’s quieter than the cordless shark I had previously and far superior suction /cleaning power. Nice and light to carry around the house, easy and compact enough to store in a small cupboard . 10/10 recommend

This is a brilliant vacuum cleaner!! Bought it to replace my Dyson and I am so glad I did. Looked at all the other top brand vacuum cleaners and decided on this one. Great suction, long cord length. Really pleased with this purchase and would recommend.

Love my hetty hoover! Picks up dirt very good! Can be quite noisy, I wouldn’t recommend this if you have pets as it doesn’t pick up hair well at all

Excellent one, initially faced issues in excessive suction on the carpets after contacting customer service team, they sent a different suction head and now its working Excellent, great customer support.

Wow, what can I say, this little hoover is excellent, the suction power when it's turned up full is immense, sometimes a little too good (you may have to rescue small rugs or doormats 😅) it's also quite light weight and doesn't take up much room to store, and further to that, it's actually not an eyesore if left in view, I got the Hetty version and it's cute 😊 but if that's not your thing you can actually remove the face (something I didn't know before looking at the instructions) honestly I have nothing bad to say about it, and thats rare 😅 Henrys/Hettys definitely live up to their reputation, and imo it's definitely worth spending a bit more to get a product you know will do a good job and last than to get something slightly cheaper and doesn't do its job at all 😒 (yes I did do this 😅)

I have had Henry's for the last 20 years or so, and my original one is still going strong in the garage, which picks up all sorts of building rubble etc. The quality of them seemed to go downhill after that, each the replacements only lasted just over the 2 year guarantee, and i went through 3 of them. They were only used for general vacuuming in the home, but the hi/lo power switches seemed to fail. I really did not want to buy another, but quite frankly, nothing else touches them as far as i'm concerned. I decided to have one last try, and as the dratted hi/lo switch has now gone, hopefully will have more luck with this one. I love the new compact size, which is just a little easier pull around and store. The simple tool storage is great as I was forever loosing them before. It may be smaller and have a smaller motor, but the power is unbelievable, I can actually see it sucking up and dragging any debris on the floor towards the floor tool before it even goes over it. I have to turn the power down by turning the vent on the handle, where as the old ones were always on the highest power. The floor tool is slightly different, and now has a little wheel which makes it more manoeuvrable on hard floors. I am not sure however, what it would be like on carpets. We have all hard floors apart from one large rug. I do find it a little hard to push on the rug compared to the old tool, although this could be because it has so much more power. If i turn the power down on the handle, it is fine. Overall, I am very pleased and glad I gave it another go. It will remain to be seen how long this one lasts.

Great vacuum! A lot cheaper here than any other places in AU. Even though I had to buy an adapter it still came in cheaper! Great vacuum with a lot of useful accessories, not ones you don’t need!

Great vacuum that is the perfect size for handling stairs and narrow areas. I love that it is small enough to fit in the linen closet yet still powerful enough to do a great job. I have had a larger one (the xl version of Henry) and think I would have been fine with just Hetty. The xl version also does a great job, but is harder to carry around and fit in narrow spaces.

Poor quality and is expensive, plus the voltage is wrong
