It's a little early to say if I'm seeing any benefit in taking this supplement but I will continue to take it daily. For me, capsules would be better to swallow but these oblong shapes are easy to swallow. There is no flavour to speak of. I am hoping to see some improvement to my skin and nails and a new shine and fullness to my hair. I'll see how it goes.

It's good, but until one point, where your joints feel stiffer then they should. I don't know why this type of collagen I can't take it for a longer period of time without having the opposite effect in my body, which is to stiffen my joints. I don't know why collagen would do that either. I couldn't take the whole package, it be came useless after my joints and muscles got stiffee instead of flexible.
