Delighted with my Foldaway! So glad I chose this over the standard Big Shot.
Great piece of kit. Love how small and compact it is compared to the unwieldy Big Shot. I've bought it primarily for English Paper Piecing with fabric and it works beautifully. I bought some hexagon Bigz dies to cut both paper pieces and fabric and it's working fantastically for that purpose. I'm not into papercrafting but from what I've seen it's great for that. There aren't that many Bigz dies available but I've got the 2.5 very long strip die, some square dies and so on – all for the purpose of cutting fabric. Really happy with my purchase. The only thing I would say is that the price hike to get a "package' is a bit irritating. I'd rather have just bought the machine on its own rather than get dies and stuff included that I don't really want. With the standard Big Shot, you can do that, but with the Foldaway it seems you have to buy it as the Starter Kit only. After I bought my Foldaway from Amazon, I noticed that it was miles cheaper on Craft Stash website – but that's just the way cookie crumbles, isn't it. Anyway, I'm always happy with Amazon as a seller and for ease of returns, problems arising etc. so I don't really mind.

Great
I have the big shot but wanted something that didn't take up a lot of room. This little machine is it. easy to use, although sometimes it is a little harder to get the platforms through. I was initially scared that I would break it but I now use it with ease. Just grab and go and easy to store. I would do definitely recommend this product

Excellent machine
Really great, enjoying it and it gives something extra to my cardsIt did break but they were extremely helpful and sent a replacement out very quickly so can't fault the service at all

Great, versatile manual die cutting machine
The Big Shot Fold Away has great pressure for die cutting a wide range of craft materials & isn't too heavy to move around my craft table.

Useful machine, the kit not so much
Well it’s simple to use; good to fold away - not sure how long the cutting pads will last as they get etched straight away! Rubbish dies that come with it tho; small heart, flower parts, twig, larger hearts, flower parts, twig and butterfly. If you’re ordering this may aswell get some dies at the same time! Have ordered plenty off various sites and will see which work with this machine. Useful for my new card range.

Reliability and quality
I have owned a Sizzix Big Shot for 15 years and it was much loved.... so I was more than happy to replace it with another and I am just as pleased with this one. Thoroughly recommend it.
