What makes it stick to the gum

nothing helps it stick to the gum. you can use a little denturcement that people use to keep false teeth in with it if you wish. The way they stay in as I find is the way you mould the tooth between 2 teeth. It literally just fits in if you do it right. You can use a little fixadent if you wish because they do at some point ware down a little. Make your tooth as well as you can and a little Fixadent for securing.

Is this product suitable to use on molars ( back teeth ) or only teeth in front of the mouth ? Thank you .

if there is a gap between your molars to shape the new tooth then the answer is yes. I take my temp teeth out before eating and you will be advised to take them out especially replacing a Molar. I hope this helps
