The tradition of having food for the Easter meal blessed on Holy Saturday has been practiced in Poland and all over the world by Poles and Christians for centuries. In Poland a wicker basket is filled with a sampling of the Easter meal, covered with a pure white cover and taken to church to be blessed. These screen-printed doilies are made out of 100% polyester. Both doilies could be used as table toppers. The round doily is 13" in diameter and the oval doily is 19" L x 12.5" H. Made in Poland. One doily per order.
