Amazing for the price, not the quality of CamelBak but what do you expect!?
There are plenty of reviews here praising the setup so I'm not going to dwell too much on it, the real question is should I spend the extra to buy a CamelBak top brand product or will this suffice? After all you can buy two of these for the price of the CamelBak system and we all know the saying 'buy nice or buy twice'.... The bag alone looks worth the money I paid overall - nice small compact bag with extra room for additional items. Quality looks great so far, no issues. Nice and comfy, water feed works nicely. The water bag - ok so the main difference between this and a CamelBak system is the main 'lid' to fill the bladder. A CamelBak has a nice twist lock system and is easy to use. This one is a simple screw thread which can take a few goes to get right. If the threads don;t align it might leak... you can then force click the threads in but this might damage it long term, so i suggest taking a deep breath and trying to line them up again. Once you think you have it, turn the bladder upside down and give it a squeeze to test it. The lid will be at the top of the bag anyway, so the chances of a leak are low, but this is essentially the biggest difference with the premium equivalent. I recommend getting some Miltons sterilising fluid to clean the bag before each use... I have literally no idea how you can dry the inside well enough to avoid storing it damp, so instead am opting to sterilise before use. I think there are cleaning kits but I really don't have time to mess around with that. This will be an issue no mater what product you buy. TL;DR - Buy nice or buy twice. At this price you can buy twice. Great product!

Excellent bag, for price!
Solid bag for price, no problems thus far! Bought for: Dog walks, so I normally put inside, x2 Water bottles one for human, one for dog,, SMALL towel, lead, one ball or dummy for training. any maybe a roll up water proof. I have not used the camel sack yet as not needed in current climate. Cannot fault bag after 12-15 uses, light loads only, it has been comfy, not too sweaty and excellent for walking and not having to carry a little shoulder (drug dealer type) bag. has certainly improved mobility. Excellent for the price, cannot fault, was a little wary of other reviews, saw the price, thought it deserved a shot. So far so good, not disappointing, does exactly what is says on the tin. I am an athletic body shape, 5"10.5. (5"11 if talking to the ladies) and fits beautifully, not sure why people are having trouble with fittings. If you are a casually walker, and don't want to spend in the £30-50+ range. by all means give it a shot, like me! might be worth investing in a better camel sack judging by other reviews...BUT seeing as all the other reviews are complaining about the bag, the camel sack is probably more than fit for purpose, for a CASUAL walker, think it would be well suited for a 6-15 mile walk. However as said, I have not used. Arrived in good time, and for the price I cannot see why it wouldn't deserve 5 stars. it's not their faulty I haven't had to use the camel sack yet. Good job.

Keep on running..... Good value for money, excellent quality and very versatile.
Having just started running i decided i wanted a small backpack to hold my keys, phone etc while pounding the pavements. Having a backpack and hydration pack seemed the perfect solution especially when some of the smaller backpacks are almost if not more expensive. The pack arrived very quickly and upon opening i was pleasantly surprised. These days you normally get what you pay for. This pack is certainly an exception. Its made from heavy, good quality nylon. The zips feel strong and the shoulder and chest straps are comfortable and very adjustable. There are 3 main pockets. A small top pocket bigger enough for a large smart phone, a middle pocket bigger enough for a t-shirt etc and the main compartment where you could probably stash a towel alongside the hydration pack itself. Having this amount of space also means the pack will be ideal for my hikes. Its also worth mentioning that the pockets seem waterproof...I had the chance to test this in a recent down pour when i turned up at home like a drowned rat. I was soaked my phone was bone dry. I did have a small problem with the hydration pack when i first filled it. Which ever way i tried i couldn't get the filling cap to seal and water would leak out. However after a few attempts i realised i was cross threading the lid (Even though it didn't look cross threaded). Screwing the cap on carefully and tightly i eventually got it to seal and haven't had a problem since. For this i have knocked off one star as i can see how some people would see this as a fault. When running the pack is so comfortable you forget its there. The chest strap is not only adjustable for bigger or smaller chests it can be slid up and down until you get it in the ideal position. On the first run the sloshing of the water in the hydration pack did become tiresome. However after a quick search on the internet a solution was found. When you've filled the hydration pack pack turn it upside down and suck the air out.....Viola no more sloshing. I did away with the bite valve as to be honest i didn't find it worked very well. Its just as easy to use the on/off tap when required. As a side note there is plenty of hose. Overall i'm very impressed with this hydration pack. Good value for money, excellent quality and very versatile.
