I recently tried Trunativ Everyday Sweet Monkfruit Sweetener Powder and overall, I really liked the product. The taste is surprisingly close to processed sugar with absolutely no aftertaste. It feels like a premium version of sugar because it melts instantly on the tongue, which makes it great for both drinks and baking. However, the quantity is where I feel it falls a little short. A 150g pack is said to be around 34 servings, but realistically you need about 2 servings to get proper sweetness. So the pack doesn’t last long if you use it daily. I’m not sure about the GI and other health claims, but I hope they hold true because that is one of the main reasons I bought it. If the pricing was a bit more affordable, this would easily become my go to sugar alternative.
