Being vegan i like to keep an eye on my B12 level. My routine blood test in Oct 2022 showed that my level had dropped to 199 (healthy range is 200 to 900), so i ordered this spray to bring my level back up. Almost a year on my B12 is now 595 - awesome result! Tastes good, easy to administer, happy days!

Just wish it was Organic..otherwise seems to be good product...

Love the taste and ease of this product. Can't comment on the effects as have only been taking it for a week or so. Had my b12 injections a couple of weeks ago and I'm not feeling any dip in my energy levels.Confused about the dosaging vs the shelf life of the product though (see photo attached) 140 sprays per bottle. Instructions are 1 spray per day but it only lasts 60 days...?!

I’m vegan I use b12 this is the best last ages large 58ml bottle tastes lovely. Far superior to smaller brands. Nice product ingredients they do a fab range of other vitamins for women men and other health and well-being if you take b12 buy this. The price changes on amazon so I only buy it when it’s cheaper. You can buy it cheaper elsewhere at different times the cheapest I got it was from IHerb in America brilliant company huge range of products they even have loads of weekly daily specials. Just bear in mind if your order over £15 you have to pay customs charges so just check what you might pay depending on what you order. You can google import charges. I have my b12 checked every six months and mine is always in a perfect range.

I bought this B12 spray after watching Alicia Silverstone in an interview, I love the idea behind the products as I don't want my vitamins to contain any nasties. I trust this product, it is easier to use than a tablet, I want all my vitamins in a spray form now. I keep this spray beside my toothbrush and after I brush my teeth I use this spray. Due to the ease of use with this product I find I use this daily where as with my other vitamins there are days where I forget.

Having used it every morning for the last four month, I've noticed an improvement in my levels of energy, so I'd recommend this product for sure. It's also organic, which is really nice.The flavour is almost nice (which is a good thing), not that it matters as you're supposed to spray it under your tongue where you don't have any taste buds.Also, I've had it in the fridge for the last 4 months and it still hasn't gone off, so it lasts well.

I have been using this for about 9 months. It is a brilliant way of topping up B12. (I was told by a doctor that my B12 levels were normal but I asked for the results and saw that I was very close to the lower end of the scale so I decided to use this and the difference is remarkable. If I miss it for a while my energy levels drop so my B12 level is not high enough yet. I intend going back to my doctor to let him know what I have done and question the levels that are considered to be 'normal'
