Fantastic product... Do swallow them whole tho as they are an acid...i do it with a big glass of water to make sure they go down...! I've had terrible problems digesting food and know it's not cured mine as its being looked into...but they help my stomach to digest the food I eat and produce less gas and bloating....and that happened the very first one I had...! I don't use them all the time but if eating a more complex meal...I have one b4 or during and they are fantastic...! Iv read that as we age we lose some of our acidity in our gut...suppose that too depends on diet and now we know so much more about these things.. so makes sense if your aging might need a boost...! Highly recommend and good value for money...

AMAZING PRODUCT!!! i’m going to give an honest and transparent review that might be a little tmi ... most days i am constipated with a sore stomach , bad bloating and trapped wind. in a week, i might have a number two twice. i spoke to my uni friends and they go like twice a day which is when it hit me that my pooping habits were abnormal. since taking these i have gone at least once a day, no bloating, no sore stomach. when i go on holiday i find my bloating gets worse. ive just been away and these pills still worked phenomenally. really great product. only downside is that you have to take 1-2 pills every time you eat something that may cause a flare up, so you do get through them quite quickly. apart from that, EXCELLENT, AMAZING PRODUCT! MY POOPING IS NORMAL

After taking these consistently for over 2 months I’ve really noticed a difference. I purchased them hoping they would help combat bloating and its uncomfortable side effects. I had previously tried peppermint oil capsules but found they didn’t work for me.

These are great!!!!!! Always suffered with bloating and constipation, only having a bowel movement twice a week and having a giant puffy painful belly as a result. I bought them because we’re going on holiday and want to beat the bloat for being in a bikini. Been taking for about a week now and just having two tablets with my evening meal and I have had a satisfying bowel movement every morning this week which is unlike me. Absolutely no bloating whatsoever, stomach is flat once more. We even had a takeaway pizza one night and I wasn’t bloated afterwards which was surprising. Much better for me than using senna teas which is what I have resorted to in the past to force a bowel movement. Will definitely keep buying, I feel so much better in myself! And because I only need it for my evening meal it will last a while.

I’m sure these are ok for most people but they upset my stomach so I stopped taking them after 2 days.

Excellent Produt does what it says, I normally take 1 tablet after dinner and it’s enough for me, half hour later you feel the benefits. Worth every penny.

It's magic! I'd taken these for 5 years and just before Christmas, I stopped. My mistake. I've had a terrible 5 months healthwise. Been pumped full of the usual PPIs and Ran***dine. Both of which made me so ill I ended up in A&E with chest pain and palpitations... couldn't eat hardly anything..GP had said I'd got acid reflux, gastritis because of too much acid. Totally wrong. It was the opposite. Stopped everything and restarted these. Back to normal. Eating and drinking normally. If my cholesterol does go up and who knows if it will.. then I'll deal with it but living on dry toast and boiled potatoes and having difficulty drinking water isn't anyway to live..
